Why I built this.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with a serious health issue. Peptides changed the trajectory of my life — over 100 pounds lost, inflammation down, energy back. They gave me a fighting chance when I felt out of options.

I built Lab Rat because I needed it myself. Now it's free for anyone walking the same path.

Is Lab Rat actually free?
Yes, completely free. No premium tier, no upsells, no "free trial." If Lab Rat ever has paid features, the core tracking will always be free. If you want to support development, there's a Buy Me a Coffee link in the app — but it's 100% optional.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. Lab Rat uses your browser's local storage — nothing is sent to any server, ever. There are no accounts to sign up for. The downside: if you clear your browser data without backing up, your data is gone. Always back up regularly via the in-app Backup & Restore feature.
Is this medical advice?
No, absolutely not. Lab Rat is an educational tracking tool. The compound info is community-sourced and for research purposes only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any protocol involving peptides, hormones, or supplements.
Why isn't it on the App Store?
Real talk: the corporate app stores would take a fat cut off the top, water down the content until it was useless, and reject the app multiple times for "promoting unauthorized substances" before letting a neutered version through. The big stores would slap warning labels on it and bury it in search. Screw that.

Lab Rat lives on the open web — installs to your home screen with two taps and works exactly like a real app, minus all the surveillance.
How do I install it on my phone?
iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen"

Desktop: Look for an install icon in the address bar, or just bookmark the page.

Who built this?
One developer who tracks his own protocols and got tired of using spreadsheets. No company, no investors, no team. Just one human (and Claude) building something for the community. You can join the Discord to chat with other Lab Rats.
Do you sell my data? Track me?
No, never. Lab Rat doesn't have a backend server, doesn't use Google Analytics, doesn't run trackers, and doesn't sell anything. There's no telemetry, no analytics SDK, no third-party scripts watching what you do. See the Privacy Policy for details.
